After a lot of consideration we selected Tidon Constructions to build a duplex townhouse development for us. We had been badly burnt by a builder before so we were very careful to make sure it did not happen again. Tim was very easy to deal with, he was also very flexible with our requests, something the bigger builders could not offer. Our project had a couple of hiccups along the way (I’m sure all do) and Tim dealt with everything in a professional, diligent and speedy manner. Not to mention he had to keep 4 seperate people happy. After a thorough review process of suitable builders for our new townhouse development, we engaged Tidon Constructions to construct two architecturally designed double-storey contemporary townhouses on a vacant block. Right from the beginning through to the end of the construction process, Tim was always approachable and available to discuss the project and arranged to meet with us regularly on site. Both parties also enjoyed the process of collaborating together on creative ideas for both the external features and the internal fitting and finishes. We are very pleased with the final result and the high standard maintained throughout the build. Our overall experience with Tidon Constructions on this project was very good. We highly recommend their services and would engage Tidon again on a future project.

We planned a major renovation of our home which had been in the family for over 35 years, originally purchased by parents. The main footprint of the house exceeds 50 years old. An original timber home of dubious quality construction built in a prime bay-view location as a ‘weekender’. There were many issues, as expected, but in all cases Tim (Tidon Constructions) and the team remained unflappable, friendly, calm and very professional. Tim always immediately actioned a solution and always had our best interests foremost in our dealings. We can't speak highly enough of his team. They were all thoroughly professional, approachable and friendly.

As there was the opportunity to produce something special from what the Real Estate moguls would describe as 'A Renovator's Delight', we wished more so to 'partner with the right builder. We were recommended Tim Donnellan of Tidon Constructions as a young, up and coming builder with a good pedigree of experience and high quality expertise. Although clear about a high quality finish, Tim had given plenty of examples where he had been able to incorporate budget saving measures. As we knew there would be unknown 'add-ons' with our reno this was very pleasing. Tim was focused on quality but not on a blank-cheque approach. Both were very evident during all phases of the project. We are just delighted with the finished result.
